Dogfish Head Craft Brewery - Palo Santo Marron

Pours a very dark almost oil like darkness. Tan/golden head dissipates quickly. Smell some initial sweetness to accompany the malts, nearly coffee like in its aroma. Very sweet taste, some bitterness and coffeelike. Light carbonation, fades rather quickly. Very potent, though not like some other DFH beers, though it hinders sessionability.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery - Indian Brown Ale

Pours a deep dark amber brown but clear when viewed to light has an off white one finger head that quickly dissipates. Balanced smell, some hops on the nose, but very even with malts as well. My favorite thing about this beer is the balance in the taste. Starts with some citrusy, bitterness and the hops but leaves a nice even hops aftertaste. Feels very nice even carbonation. Overall, excellent, I could sit and drink these all night. I have to give full disclosure, this is and always will be one of my favorite beers.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery - World Wide Stout

Pours a deep dark brown, almost black, very opaque. Head pours a light brown approx two fingers. Smell has notes of vamilla, roasty malts, and the alcohol is extremely noticable. Taste is again malty and very sweet with some vanilla notes, but the alcohol almost dominates. Good mouth feel with light carbonation and definite alcohol warming. Too sweet for my taste, and alcohol is too prevalent.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery - Burton Baton

Very enjoyable beer, I always enjoy when brewers try to enhance a style and I enjoy trying the different concotions, however I will always go back to the basics.

Poured into a standard pint glass a deep, dark mahogany, with a small tan head. Smell is very citrusy grapefruit aroma. Taste had a nice hops flavor up front with some oaky tones later, closer to the 120 than the 90 in my opinion. Not quite the alcohol (given with the ABV) that the 120 had though. Feel is very good, with ample carbonation and oiliness. Overall good, I could enjoy several of these before calling it quits.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery - 120 Minute IPA

Pours very cloudy, golden amber color, pours with a slight head that sticks around shortly then crowns the beer. Smell is alcohol and fruity. Tastes very fruity and sweet. Alcohol extremely prominent. Feel is slightly chewy with light carbonation, smooth and oily. Drinkable in the sense that it is very enjoyable, one per session, too sweet, and too potent. A beer that is good, but in my mind is meant to be savored on occasion.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery - 90 Minute IPA

Poured from the bottle into a standard pint glass a nice copper color and clear with a slightly off-white one finger head. Aromas of caramel, malty and some fruity notes. Taste is well balanced hops are striking but expected. Fruity notes are present, alcohol is noticeable but not overwhelming. Nice feel, carbonation tingles, light aftertaste. Very drinkable and enjoyable. Not super heavy or filling.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company - Life and Limb

First of all this is a collaboration between Sierra Nevada and Dogfish Head Brewing Company.

Poured from the bottle into an tumbler. Pours a nice thick dark ruby/brown with a tan head. Limited lacing. Initial aromas are definitely roasted malts and sweetness of the maple syrup. Taste is sweet initially with the malts being very present seem to taste some bitterness following with a hint of coffee, maybe chocolate. Feel is medium to full bodied, leaning to the full side, with some light tight carbonation. Alcohol warming is present and noticeable in the aftertaste. Overall a good beer, with great unique attributes. ABV limits sessionability as does the sweetness in my opinion.
